REQUERIMIENTOS


  • Se requiere un depósito de reservación del 50% y es requerido al momento de firma del contrato.
  • IMPORTANTE: el bloqueo de tu fecha solo se hace al momento de dar el depósito, no antes. No hacemos apartados de palabra, por lo cual te pedimos una disculpa.
  • Que no haya ningún tipo de iluminación láser, ya que dañan los equipos. En caso de haber este tipo de iluminación, el cliente deberá cubrir por completo los gastos de reparación del equipo
  • El monto total deberá estar cubierto 2 semanas antes de la boda, de lo contrario el fotógrafo podría no presentarse a cubrir el evento.
  • El tiempo empieza a correr de manera continua a partir de la hora que se cite al fotógrafo.
  • Eventos fuera de la ciudad generan costos adicionales
  • Las locaciones que generen costos serán cubiertas por el cliente
  • El Staff solo tiene oportunidad de comer al mismo tiempo que los novios, por lo que el cliente puede pactar con el servicio de catering sus alimentos o de lo contrario podrán salir a comer a algún lugar cercano, de lo cual la empresa no se hace responsable por esta ventana de tiempo, la cual pudiera desencadenar que no se capten momentos importantes del evento.
  • La empresa Douglas Brandon Photography será la única autorizada por el cliente para la realización del reporte fotográfico. No se permite la entrada a fotógrafos de proveedores durante nuestra cobertura.
  • En caso de vivir fuera de la ciudad de Oaxaca, hay un cargo extra de $400 por envío de paquetería nacional y de $1,200 paquetería internacional.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Douglas Brandon Photography will be the only company authorized by the client to carry out the photographic report. Vendor photographers are not allowed to enter during our coverage.
  • In case of living outside the city of Oaxaca, there is an extra charge of $25 US for national parcel delivery, International would have to be quoted.
